This workbook lays down the existing gaps in climate policies in the ASEAN region with regard to persons with disabilities (PWDs). Historically marginalized, the vulnerability of PWDs are exacerbated by the impacts of climate change. Climate justice demands that everyone is included in the drafting of plans and policies as we strive to create a more just, more sustainable future. This workbook was created to augment the work of the ASEAN Disability Fund and would not have been possible without the generosity of the Global Greengrants Fund.
