11-15 June 2019–– Dr. Gemma Narisma was invited to speak at the Australian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society and International Conference on Tropical Meteorology and Climatology (AMOS/ICTMO) in Darwin, Australia. The conference allows experts in oceanography, meteorology, climate, and other related fields to come together to promote their research and significant learnings to the community. This year’s topic is focused on research in tropical oceanography and meteorology.
In this venue, Dr. Narisma was able to share the Observatory’s work in not just climate science but also in transdisciplinary research through the resilience collaboratory.
