Manila Observatory featured in NASA news link

In December 15, 2009, The Manila Observatory was featured in a NASA news link highlighting its work on utilizing the NASA/GIOVANNI system to show the progression of accumulated rainfall during typhoon Ondoy
(Tropical Storm Ketsana).

The GIOVANNI system is a web based data analysis and visualization tool that creates time series plots, latitude/longitude graphics, and atmospheric depth plots.
